Payment options We Accept

We built our cashier around the rails players already use every day, from debit cards to crypto. The screen for deposits lists cards, electronic wallets, bank account transfer and Bitcoin, and that same set covers withdrawals with a few practical swaps where networks differ. As a regulated operator we never invent rails we cannot actually settle on, and we hold the full list short enough for our customer support team to know every option inside out. The full domain is candyland.me.uk, and the form for deposits lives one tap inside the player wallet, not behind a distinct app. Every method is displayed with the same four fields, so you always see the minimum, the typical clearing time and any fee before confirming.

Payment method	Example minimum amount to deposit	Typical processing time	Fee from our side
Visa / Mastercard debit	10 EUR	Instant to a few minutes	0 EUR
E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter)	10 EUR	Instant	0 EUR
Bank transfer (SEPA / Faster Payments)	50 EUR	Same day to 2 business days	0 EUR
Bitcoin (BTC) on-chain	0.0002 BTC	After 1 network confirmation, usually under 60 minutes	0 EUR (network fee only)

Every rail on this table settles into the same internal wallet balance, so our cashier does not fragment your funds across methods. We show the minimum next to each row on purpose, because a 50 EUR bank-carry floor next to a 10 EUR card floor is the kind of detail players request about most. candyland keeps the same limits on desktop and on the mobile casino, and you can switch methods between deposits without re-verifying the account.

Stages of a Deposit

A deposit on our casino platform moves through the same four stages regardless of the method you choose. We log in, pick the wallet, choose the rail and confirm the amount, and the cashier takes care of the rest. The screen never prompts for details our payment processor already stores under your tokenised card or e-wallet handle.

Stage	What you do	What our cashier does
1. Sign in and open wallet	Enter credentials, tap Wallet	Loads your account, confirms KYC status	2. Pick method	Select card, e-wallet, bank or Bitcoin	Displays limits, fee and processing time	3. Enter amount	Type a value above the method minimum	Validates against daily limit and bonus opt-in	4. Confirm and authenticate	Approve with 3-D Secure, e-wallet login or wallet signature	Credits the balance and writes an audit row

If a deposit fails at stage four we show the processor's reason in plain English, not a generic error code, and the cashier leaves the form filled in so you can retry without retyping the amount. card and electronic wallet credits usually appear in seconds, while bank transfers clear in line with the cut-off times we publish in the support centre.

Stages of a Withdrawal

Withdrawals pass through five stages instead of four, because we in addition reconcile progress on the bonus and any outstanding wagering before a payout leaves our cashier. We always push the funds back along the same rail that funded the deposit where the network allows it, which is the regular anti-fraud pattern regulators expect.

• Stage 1 – Request: You choose Withdraw in the wallet and pick the method and amount; our cashier blocks any value that would breach the daily withdrawal ceiling.
• Stage 2 – Pending review: Our payments team reads the audit row tied to the deposit, confirms KYC is current and checks the bonus tracker.
• Stage 3 – Approval: The team signs off the payout, and the cashier locks the funds so the balance cannot be re-spent while the transfer is in flight.
• Stage 4 – Settlement: We push the instruction to the processor, and the rail moves the money to your account.
• Stage 5 – Receipt: You see the credit on your statement, and our cashier writes a closed entry on the transaction history.

A reversal is intentionally a rare event at our casino. If a withdrawal bounces we reach out from a named address rather than a no-reply alias, and we hold the audit row open until the money is back on your balance.

Account Verification and Security Checks

Before the first withdrawal leaves the cashier we run a one-time KYC pass, and we re-run lighter checks when account details change. Verification protects your balance as much as ours, because a payout sent to a hijacked e-wallet is tough to claw back, even with a processor willing to cooperate.

• Identity proof: Government photo ID, matched to the name on the deposit method.
• Address proof: A recent utility bill or bank statement, usually no older than three months.
• Payment proof: A masked card image, an e-wallet screenshot or a wallet signature for crypto.
• Source-of-funds proof: Triggered only for larger cumulative withdrawals, in line with anti-money-laundering rules.

We store identity documents in a individual, encrypted bucket and delete them once the regulator's retention window closes. candyland never sells or shares KYC data with marketing partners, and the cashier can display exactly which checks are still open on your account.

Processing periods by Method

Processing time at our casino is the sum of our internal queue and the rail's own clearing window, and we measure it from the moment you confirm a payout to the moment the credit lands on your statement. Most cards and electronic wallets close inside twenty-four hours, while bank transfers follow the SEPA or Faster Payments cycle and Bitcoin depends on network congestion.

We set out a live status badge next to every transaction in the wallet, so you can see whether a payout is still in pending review, in settlement with the processor or already received. candyland treats that badge as a contract: if a payout sits in settlement for longer than the published window, support can escalate it without a full ticket trail.

Fees, Limits and Currencies

We do not charge our own deposit or withdrawal fees, and we display the processor's network fee for crypto payouts prior to confirming. Daily, weekly and monthly limits appear in our cashier under every method, and they scale with account tenure rather than resetting every calendar month.

Currency conversion happens within the wallet when you deposit in a currency other than your account base, and we show the applied rate on the confirmation screen. candyland holds a single base currency per player account, so the cashier does not juggle several FX legs on a single withdrawal.

Mobile Casino Deposits

Deposits on our mobile casino follow the same four-stage flow as on desktop, with biometric authentication replacing typed passwords. Apple Pay and Google Pay are routed through our card processor, so they inherit the same 10 EUR minimum and instant clearing as a regular Visa debit. The mobile cashier remembers the last-used method solely after you confirm, and never across logged-out sessions, so a lost phone cannot become a payment shortcut.

Push notifications on the mobile casino tell you when a withdrawal leaves settlement, which removes the need to refresh the transaction history manually. We throttle those alerts so they remain informative instead of noisy, and you can mute them from the same settings screen that controls bonus mail.

A Short Note From Our Cashdesk

Across payment methods, deposit stages, withdrawal stages, account checks, processing periods, fees and the mobile casino flow, our aim is the same: a cashier that explains itself, settles quickly and never surprises you with a hidden rail. We will keep the table of methods short, the limits visible and the KYC bucket tidy, because the quietest cashier is usually the one that has been thought through.
